The road ahead may be tough but we are here with you. Fuel remains a necessity during this period, and all Caltex stations will remain open to serve you every day, rain or shine.



Your well-being and safety are our priority. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, all Caltex stations in Singapore are:

- Doing regular temperature checks of our station staff
- Following the 1-meter social distancing rule
- Disinfecting high human touchpoints frequently

Customers are encouraged to use contactless payments such as CaltexGO and are welcome to use the hand sanitizers provided at all our stations.

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we have also introduced social distancing measures in all our stations with queue markers to ensure a 1 meter distance between each customer at the cashier area. 



Our stations may get busy sometimes and that means physical payments can create congestion at the cashier area. As we continue to practice social distancing, we strongly encourage all drivers to make contactless payment via our CaltexGO app.

This allows you to make payment for your fuel from the comfort of your car avoiding unnecessary social contact by heading into the store for payment. 


From 17 May, we have implemented TraceTogether at all our Caltex service stations in Singapore in accordance with the government's measures to facilitate contact tracing. Customers are required to check in and out via the displayed QR code, with a photo ID or manually. TraceTogether allows for the automated routing of entry and exit log data to the relevant authorities for contact tracing.
