1. Promo period starts from July 19, 2021 12:01am to October 8, 2021, 11:59pm.
2. Every P300 single receipt purchase (net of discount) of any combination of Caltex fuels (Platinum with Techron, Silver with Techron and Diesel with Techron D), or any combination of Caltex Lubricants (Delo, Havoline, Techron Concentrate, ancillary products) entitles the customer one (1) promo code. The card terminal will generate a promo slip with a 10-digit random alphanumeric promo code per transaction.
3. To claim their prize, customers shall register the following in the promo microsite/portal: www.caltex.com.ph/GasCashPromoHome
a. All entries are subject for verification. There will be a forty-eight (48) hour period for the verification.
b. In registering, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal information in relation to this promo and future marketing efforts of Caltex Philippines Inc, as described under the site’s Privacy Statement, https://www.caltex/com.ph/privacy-statement.html. Non-submission of the abovementioned information will be deemed as a ‘failure of registration’ forfeiting the customer from joining the promo.
4. Customer will receive an electronic scratch card (e-scratch card) in the microsite once code is verified. Scratch card will reveal prizes. Customer can win either or a combination of:
a. P50 fuel discount voucher with raffle coupon
b. Raffle coupon
5. Customer receives through microsite account the raffle coupon and redemption code to be presented at participating Caltex stations to claim their P50 fuel voucher.
6. Customer can redeem his fuel discount at the station after forty-eight (48) hours after the fuel voucher is reflected in his microsite account.
7. A customer may only win any cash prize once.
8. The electronic raffle draw to select winners will take place via Zoom on the following dates. A total of 250 winners of P5,000 cash, 150 winners of P10,000 cash, and 15 winners of P100,000.00 cash will be drawn throughout the promo.

9. The electronic raffle draw will be supervised by representatives from Chevron Philippines Inc., VMLY&R Philippines, and DTI.
10. Drawn winners will be subject for verification. Winners will be notified through email, phone call, and registered mail. Names will also be published in the Caltex Philippines official Facebook page and official website www.caltex.com/ph.
11. Cash prizes shall be paid by check under the name of the winner. Upon receipt of the prize, customer must sign an acknowledgment receipt and a release form. Caltex shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage of the check or prize once it has been handed over to the winner.
12. Fuel voucher prizes are transferable but non-convertible to cash. Cash prizes are non-transferrable.
13. All cash prize winners would be required to submit a copy of their valid government ID, a copy of the registered mail, original promo slip, and the winning raffle coupon for internal verification purposes. Incorrect or incomplete details shall not be entertained.

In the event that the P100,000 prize winner is not able to personally claim his/her prize, a proxy/representative may claim the prize on his/her behalf within the 60-day period after announcement of winner/s. The representative/proxy must present the following in addition to the requirements for claiming prizes as stated above:
17. After each draw, for the winners of P100,000, the verification of the winners’ details will be administered via phone call. All verification will be done prior to the announcement of the winners. Verification calls and text messages will be implemented over a period of 7 consecutive working days, twice per day. If the winner does not respond to any of these calls or texts, s/he forfeits the prize and a new winner will be drawn. The same verification process will be conducted for the new winner.
18. Customers with redemption codes will be given sixty (60) days after the promo period to redeem their prizes. Failure to claim the prize within 60 days is forfeited in favor of Caltex.
19. Redemption of raffle prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification/ registered mail.
20. Caltex will not bear any transportation or other incidental costs incurred by the winner in traveling to the indicated location for redemption of all prizes and/or for submitting proof of identification.
21. Prize tax, if any, will be shouldered by Caltex.
22. Purchases made via StarCash, loyalty cards, and partner financial institutions (Happyplus, Robinsons Rewards, MVP, and HSBC) are qualified to join the promotion. Bulk purchases and local account transactions are qualified with a cap of P3,000 per single receipt transaction and P12,000 of the total amount of transaction per month. Offer is not valid in conjunction with other Caltex promotional offers and discounts. Purchases made via StarCard is not qualified to join the promotion.
23. Customers can use up to three (3) fuel voucher per transaction and may be redeemed at any participating Caltex stations nationwide. Fuel voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other Caltex promotions or discount offers.
24. Only those who are 18 years old and above are eligible to join the promotion. Minors are not allowed from participating.
25. Employees of Chevron Philippines, Inc., Caltex stations, their advertising, Below-the-Line, PR, and media agencies, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from the promotion.
26. Decisions made by Chevron Philippines Inc., in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
