5.    Earning raffle entries after registration: Customer can continue to earn raffle entries by purchasing more participating lubricant products, scratching the sticker, and encoding the 10-digit alphanumeric code or scanning the QR code.

6.    A customer may only win one Caltex StarCash and one bike (for synthetic entries) during the entire promo period

7.    The electronic raffle draw for the selection of winners will take place via Zoom on the following dates with a total of 72 winners:

9.    Drawn winners will be subject for verification. Winners will be notified through email, phone call, where their home address will be requested for the sending of the registered mail. Names will also be published in the Caltex Philippines official Facebook page and official website www.caltex.com/ph/superwinhavoline

10.  Winning process:

a.    Caltex StarCash will be delivered to the agreed Caltex Station pick-up point; coordination and deployment will be done through the project manager

b.    A winning letter with GC number will be given electronically via email to the winners. Winner can visit any Ropali dealer branch (https://ropali.ph/#branches) and claim their prize by presenting the following:

·         Two (2) valid IDs with picture of the winner

·         Tax Identification Number (TIN)

·         Winning raffle entry codes in microsite         

·         Printed winning email sent by Caltex with signed waiver

11.  Incorrect or incomplete details shall not be entertained.

12.  Only the following IDs are accepted: All valid government issued identification documents/IDs (birth certificate, postal, voter’s, passport, driver’s license)

13.  Upon receipt of the prize, customer must sign an acknowledgment receipt and a release form. Caltex shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage of the prize once it has been handed over to the winner.

14.  Caltex StarCash prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. Bikes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.

15.  In the event that the bike winner is not able to personally claim his/her prize, a proxy/representative may claim the prize on his/her behalf within the 60-day period after announcement of winner/s. The representative/proxy must present the following in addition to the requirements for claiming prizes as stated above:

·         Email notification from winner that proxy will be used

·         Notarized Special Power of Attorney signed by the major prize winner in favor of the representative/proxy

·         Two (2) valid IDs of the proxy

16.  After each draw, for the winners of the bikes and accessories, the verification of the winners’ details will be administered via phone call from ____. All verification will be done prior to the announcement of the winners. Verification calls and text messages will be implemented over a period of 7 consecutive working days. If the winner does not respond to any of these calls or texts, s/he forfeits the prize and a new winner will be drawn. The same verification process will be conducted for the new winner.

17.  Winners of Caltex StarCash and bikes will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification or registered mail to redeem their prizes. Failure to claim the prize within 60 days is forfeited in favor of Caltex.

18.  Caltex will not bear any transportation or other incidental costs incurred by the winner in traveling to the indicated location for redemption of all prizes and/or for submitting proof of identification.

19.  Caltex will not shoulder any LTO registration and insurance fees, this should be shouldered by the winner.

20.  Prize tax, if any, will be shouldered by Caltex.

21.  Only those who are 18 years old and above are eligible to join the promotion. Minors are not allowed from participating. 

22.  Employees of Chevron Philippines, Inc., Caltex stations, their advertising, Below-the-Line, PR, and media agencies, and their relatives up to the 2^nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from the promotion.

23.  Decisions made by Chevron Philippines Inc., in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
